PHP-Nuke 6.5 Released

From FB: PHP-Nuke 6.5 is now out to the public. As many of you already know this new version carries a lot of new stuff, fixes and security patches... but the main new feature is the phpBB 2.x forums integration. Read here for the changes or just start to download it from here.

I think it's due to very heavy traffic. I was able to get in occasionally, but I don't know for sure.
