Update!

Hosting Company got back to me. The relaxed some permissions with mod_security and it appears to be working now! Thanks for the input. Now to upgrade my install!

I'm seeing Server API as Apache. I will enter a ticket with my hosting company and see what's up. Thanks for the help and I'll report back what I find.

I'm seeing the above problem as well. Mainly it's when attempting to edit posts and it's very intermittent. I've checked the permissions on modules.php and they're set to '644' and I'm not sure what ...

I'm hitting the same issue with a fresh install of phpNuke 7.9 and NuCalendar. I'm no code guru, would you mind posting what changes you made to fix it?
