With most using dynamic IPs its actually alot simpler then restarting, with mine I just click a shortcut on my desktop and wait 15-20 seconds, all depends on the person I guess.

I don't think it would, because if they want to take the risk of attacking a website they should be prepared for the website ...

I do like the PC Killer templates, and I have used them quite a lot. But I have noticed that unlike many php scripts this is an idea that has not been expanded upon.
