I downloaded Sentinel but am not sure how to install it. I don't see a "read me" or anything like that. Plus, do you need to edit the config.php file and overwrite the existing one?

I have created a forum category. I want everyone to be able to read what is in the category but I don't want anyone's post to be processed before looking it over.

I went to click on preferences to make the change and it happen all the other items like blocks, modules all work. Is there a file I can re-upload?

Now for some reason I click on "preferences" and i get a blank page and at the bottom it says done in the browser. All the other items work in the admin panel..hmmmm any ideas what could of happen?
