I have mine setup as...

domain = mysite.com
name = mysite
path: /
Disabled
session length: 3600

And I am still receiving complaints from members.

With so many possible solutions found on this thread alone... What was the final verdict? What seems to be the correct fix for this problem? Is it the settings as houdini1953 posted in the image above ...

Thank you for the reply. I have viewed my ts server on tsviewer.com and the server is not down. I am not sure the port got exposed, rather it got blocked, therefor prohibiting the needed communication ...
