The one that would allow to publish a book, page by page, with links to previous and next pages, and to the table of contents. Table of content auto-generation would be great. Sure, this can be done in content, but it's too much manual coding, I'm trying to avoid this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well, this may be overkill, but Chris Karakas publishes the PHPNUKE Howto Manual as a book. It is in a Nuke Module too. Have a look at:
