block not working at all

I have 7.1 FINAL loaded and I can not add a single block. whether the block was packed with the version or something I DLEd, I select it from the file names, hit Create Block, and get bounced to the block screen. Naturally, the block was not added and is not in the list of other blocks.

Please download Chatserv's 7.1 patched from the link on my front page. Apply it as per the instructions and see if that fixes your problems.

I remembered that there was an issue with the blocks but I couldn't remember exactly what it was, so I took the high road Smile
