Thanks! Glad you like it... Links help greatly, too, as well as comments on popular social networks, votes on Hotscripts... |

I work in PR
Sheesh, i'm not at all excited about a new release... I just put together a sub-forums modifcation in my 2.30 RN site. It was not fun, and making the edits for 5 different theme types... don't know when i'll ever find the time to update.
*pout* lol |

What ever files you edited for your sub-forums can probably just be dropped into the 2.4 release. I'm not 100% on that, but I am fairly confident. |

Yea some times it sucks doesn't it... but you could always throw away your PC in the trash and move to a deserted island...

Other than the themes there really isn't anything structural as far as I can remember. And even at that, the changes to the themes are minimal. And I agree with Palbin, you should be able to just drop your other changes in, or mostly, anyway. |

tremor, but, why not do what many of us do. Get yourself XAMPP and install it on your PC. Take a copy of your DB and files from your production site and install them on your local PC via XAMPP. This way, you can test upgrades and changes FIRST without affecting your production site.... I even go so far as load all of my site files and sometimes even db structure into Subversion and manage changes that was too. |
