XAMPP also had a switch script...

I, too, had some issues with 2.5. I had to create a VirtualHost rather than trying to just use localhost/some-directory-path. Not sure why or what changed with 2.5 to cause this. Never had an issue on 2.4 and below.

I seem to recall someone was changing that code in NS. I don't have the Mantis number but maybe that's the cause?

Taking another try at XAMPP 1.8 which uses php 5.4.4 on Win7. But I'm getting this:

Warning: ob_start(): second array member is not a valid method in C:\xampp\htdocs\raven25\mainfile.php on line 66
Notice: ob_start(): failed to create buffer in C:\xampp\htdocs\raven25\mainfile.php on line 66

and line 66 is
ob_start(array('ob_gzhandler',5));

my output_buffering = 4096

any thoughts?

It seems, this is the same thing as here: http://www.ravenphpscripts.com/postp159411.html#159411

It could be a problem with ph5.4 an RN25.

It helped to a degree but getting the same error as noted in the other thread..
