Using xampp I loaded my test server to start adding info to the content to see how it would look before trying to take it on a live server. I did read some info about a problem that was solved but I couldnt find the rewrite issue.
I have been able to input 1 piece of content, when I go to add another piece of content i continue getting an error

ERROR: Title and Text Couldn't Be Empty

trying to troubleshoot the best i could i deleted the first content and tried to enter it again and it gave me the error again.
I then unloaded the server and the sql and reloaded it again in xampp. It allowed me to enter 1 content entry and when I tried to put a second one I started getting the error again.

I dont know what I could be doing wrong, or if its just a simple fix.

thank you for any help

Ok - the solution is easy - you must fill the Page Text, too Smile

I have put text in every box that could have text put in it an there was no difference. it was almost like it would only accept one content an would not accept a second content. Like i posted earlier, i even deleted the first one that it took and tried to enter the exact same thing and it gave error, i rebooted xampp and by this i unloaded the apache and sql servers and reloaded them and with no content entered I could add "one" new content and when i went to add another I would get the error again.

I can not reproduce this error. If i put text in the fields Title, Header Text and Page Text, then i can create new pages.

I don't use xampp. I suggest you wamp as local server. I'm switch for months from xampp to wamp, because i got more and more crazy errors with xampp. With wamp i'm now very happy. You can move your nuke files and your database very easy from xampp to wamp. You must only create the database users and copy the needed files in the right folders or you try a fresh install.

I'am using at the moment: Wampserver (64 bits & PHP 5.3) 2.2E

I have been reading up on the wampserver and i might not have a choice. The reason that I liked the xampp was that I could install it on a thumb drive and that would make it easier to use when teaching others how to do changes to their info without messing with a live site.
Well i guess i will make the switch and I will keep trying to find out why the other is not working Sad

edit:
since posting this I have installed the wamp server and I can say its is fast Smile I was able to add content with no problems. So just for curiousity I stopped the services for wamp and started the ones for xampp and I was able to add more content with no problems there.... dunno what changed, but its working for me now.
I will run both of them as it will give me twice the experience Smile thanks for the input.
