does anyone know what these tables are for?

Nuke User table

`user_group_cp` int(11) NOT NULL default '2',
`user_group_list_cp` varchar(100) NOT NULL default '2',
`user_active_cp` enum('YES','NO') NOT NULL default 'YES',

I already cleaned the other useless ones out from last visited module, TOS, ect

nope dint find them in that file, maybe the admin who use to add hacks removed them. So if there not in there is it ok to delete them?

As far as I know, those are for phpBB groups. I don't think you can delete them... think being the keyword here.
