Sentinel & Can't Add Admins?

Morning All!

I'm having a bit of a problem and I searched around, but didn't see this answer (or at least the question I had) - and I'm assuming it has something to do with the Nuke Sentinel program, but perhaps it's something else.

Two weeks ago I was running a phpnuke 6.5 server site.

I downloaded the Raven 76 packet, removed all my files from my server, uploaded the new raven76, ran the updates that came with that download on the db 6.5-6.6 etc up to 7.5-7.6.

Since then things have been working great!

Except my other Admins (forums, superusers) and such were removed. So now when I go to the Edit Admins, fill out the info, and click submit the page goes to a blank white page.

I've tried turning on or off the show errors in the config.php but nothing ever shows up. My God account works fine, but I can't see to get it to allow me to add another admin. I'm running NukeSentinel(tm) 2.4.2pl3 (which I assume came with the Raven 76).

In Administration, Sentinel there is a scan for new admins function. Did you ever run that?

Did you look at your authors table to see if the old admins records are still in there?

I did try the scan for new admins, but nothing ever appeared, perhaps since it seems like it never actually completed adding them.

I just checked the authors table (good idea), but only the God admin remains.

Well I believe Sentinel scans the authors table for "new" admins so if they aren't there then there is nothing for Sentinel to find.
