Attachment Mod

Hey all,

Where can I get an upload/attachment mod for Nuke 7.6 Forums?? I saw some posts about it, but no actual download link.

You can get version 2.3.9 from Codezwiz Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! but according to the authors site Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! it is a bit out of date. Looking into porting the latest version, or anyone know of a updated port for nuke, that would be great.

Ok, I'm still looking. Those files are 2.5 years old and about 4-5 security updates behind. I can't trust it. Thanks anyway. Smile

Personally, I wouldn't trust anything on my sites that allowed remote file uploads to anyone other than admins.

I agree. I just wanted something like that for a couple of private forums I have for school. We're doing group projects and stuff and this functionality would be helpful.

But I won't do anything that will put the rest of my site at risk. This is old code and I just don't trust it.

If I find anything I'll let you know.
If you are not using your downloads area as a public resource you might want to also consider EDL Downloads or something so they could upload file using that (keeping access to a specific group or something)?
Just a thought to ponder...

the port to nuke could be as simple as a compair the files.. but with my limited knowledge of php. mysql and security that it might be futile on my end.. definatley see some trends in the code tho.. anyone else have some input?.. give it up or continue on with the ports.. what ever happend to BBtoNukemods and some others that were keeping up with the mods for nuke phpBBtoNuke. I will definatly try and port the latest version by doing a compair on the files but I will be needing alot of help...If anyone is interested in helping me port the latest version that would be great
