Don't know what to do, tech 4 hire?

Well I installed nuke not too long ago, 7.6, and had a custom theme made up. The site had been running fine for the past few weeks then all of a sudden nothing but a white page. I contacted my hosting company, ipowerweb and this is what was said:

I don't even know where to begin....

Located the problem and sent you a PM. It's a permissions error on all your new files.

Hmmm, try teaching your self how a database works, it will help you if you are really serious about your web site.

Only seems hard at first, if you pound your head enought it becomes easier.
