Raven, Nukeum66, Sixone, Chatserv--someone--please help me.
My host moved my site to a new server tonight. This should have been a good thing--
However after the move, all of my subdomains (which are all just pure HTML) are fine. My nuke site (run with 6.5 nuke) is not.
I am getting these errors, and I know that it must be a somewhat simple fix, but I am too freaked out to think, so I call on you four--The Knowers of ALL php-nuke answers.
Here are the errors I am receiving:
Quote: |
Warning: head(themes//theme.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/redwebz/public_html/header.php on line 31
Warning: head(): Failed opening 'themes//theme.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /home/redwebz/public_html/header.php on line 31
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: themeheader() in /home/redwebz/public_html/header.php on line 47 |
I know this should be somewhat simple--and yes, Raven--I know that you have taught me better than this, but you know how weird I get during a crisis.
Instinct tells me to re-upload the nuke news theme and run fixtheme.php--but at midnight and with a couple fo muscle relaxers in me, I'm unsure. And I won't sleep unless I know that I have asked for help at least.
Now, who is up to the challenge of changing my motto from
"My heroes have always killed cowboys" to
"My heroes have always been coders"???????????? |

OK, seems I had a table get glitched during the move. With that repaired, I ahve most of the site back. I'm now only dealing with trying to resotre the database to regain lost posts from today, and an internal server error when trying to access the forums.
If it's not one thing...it's another....

Been out all night and just got home. If you are still having that themeheader error, that can mean that nuke isn't able to access the nuke_config table. Verify the mysql connection parameters in config.php. |

That's done. Now I'm trying to figure out why I have a 500 error when trying to access the forums.
What are you doing out galavanting this late at night?
Mm-mm-mm! |

That error often means that you have a syntax error in your ,htaccess file or your host may be blocking .htaccess usage. As a test, rename .htaccess to .htaccessXX and see if you still have the error. |

If you use wsftp, put -la in the file mask area. Other ftp clients should have a similar way. |

Look at your server error logs to see if there's a more detailed error. |

I give, I quit, I don't care. Idon't know why I do this. I am too stupid to even be out in public. This morning, my .hta file does not show. So I think I have one in a remote back up folder. None of the contents of my remote folders will show up in wsftp...I know the content is there, I am looking at it, it doesn' t include an .hta file, but it does include other stuff that I am not seeing.

Ok, found my back up of the .hta. Uploaded it. It blocked me from my server....
Removed it. Still have the internal server problem--actually I guess now it is a different thing. Oh why, oh why, did I want a quicker faster server...I should have said no...
My mother used to tell me that--Nacny Reagan used to tell you to "Just say no". Do you think I ever learned anything??? |

OK, Ive got the forums back---I'm not positive what I did, but they are there. I am missing a few post from yesterday after I did the back up, but I can live with that, I think.
I don't know what I would do without this place and someone to whine to.

I had contacted the host--it ends up they had updated zend..and that brought it all back. I would like to have my posts from yesterday back, and am looking at my sql backup to see if I can possibly dump them into phpadmin to get them back. |

Raven???
Can't I just copy all of my nuke_bb files and paste them into that table to recover what was lost? |

You would have to drop all the phpbb tables and then reload the phpbb tables. If the forums appear but you can't access the topics, you have to manually run a sync up from the Forum admin. |

There are several tables involved and some inter-dependencies. I would just ask the people to repost them. |

You are right---it wasn't that much anyway. You know I've always got to try to do it the hard way... |
