I'm looking for a module somewhat similar to the nuke staff module, Something that you can add members to that will allow them to be more elaborate than the standard profile.. like uploading thier picture and the abbilty to add custom fields threw admin of module. Let me know if you guys have any ideas Smile

Basically, this is what the Avatars function is. You could use that to add a picture if you wanted. If you wanted that to be a separate function, it would need to be written. For the most part, you would simply replicate the avatars functions.

If you want something to add fields for all users, both the "Approve Membership" as well as CNB Your_Account are good modules for that ability. Other than that, it would probably need to be forums based and thus you would need to tweak the Staff mod or another groups mods to do what you want.

As for being baseline nuke, at this time, Approve membership is probably a little more robust, but that will soon be changing when CNB_YA Version 5.0 is released which is MUCH more robust. It also goes a lot further by eliminating having two functions with different informaiton (userinfo versus forum profiles). Instead, it consolidates all of that information into one new userinfo function which is very nice.

To top that, it will also have a new registration, optional fields, and uses HTML email functions for nicer looking registration and user information data that is sent by emails, oh, and support for several types of email systems. You should expect to see that solution release in the next month or so, but CNB_YA Version 4.4.2 and Approve Membership modules are both available now.

If you want this to only be a function specific to forums, I believe the Staff mod is probably your best option.

Finally, I don't think it is a bad idea to have an optional picture in the YA module (versus the avatar which would appear in all forum posts, though it too is part of the YA module) and I will recommend that it be considered for inclusion as an optional Userinfo field in CNB YA 5.0.

From what it says at the developers site http://www.caffeine-junkies.com/? the module will not work with latest nuke version. I have CNB Your_Account running but its not exactly what I want for showing user info. I want to have the abilty to display multiple user info with simple customizable fields and images by their names "larger than avatars" Something like what I use to use at my old host. Here is my old version of it.
