how do you un block a proxy

I've just had a couple of people say they are unable to get to mysite as they are on proxies.

The site was configured for Lite Level blocking, I've now turned off the blocking of proxies but have 2 questions.

1. Will this cause any issues other than a potential hackers IP not being correctly shown.

2. It appears as though both people could be surfing via a cable company. If so, then is there a 'lighter' version of the proxy blocking?

What I don;t want to do, is block everyone and miss out on traffic, on the other hand I dont want to allow all previous potential hackers behind a proxy passed the first wall and allow them to attempt a hack or dos etc.

no...light...minimum is lowest,or set it off..

ahh...lol,with proxy on or off doesnt realy contribute in the fight holding hackers outside..

i tried the proxy settings a week ago with a anonymous proxy and with the highest level i could visit my site.....
so just turn it off.. Wink
