one of my clan members is having trouble registering
he tried once and it didnt work so i told him to wait 24 hours cause thats when it says it will expire and he should be able to access the site
he did
it didntn work
even a week later he couldnt register
also, how come i cant set the site so its no activation, u just register or login. or even admin registration, how do i do this? it doesnt work |

youll need to have a no-hack script or youll need to have cnbya.
nohack is not usefull anymore so Id recomend cnbya, and as for the member whos tryin to login, check nuke_users_temp table for his information, If its in there, delete it.
Then tell him to try again. |

What version of Nuke are you using? What kind of error message did he get, if any?
Alot of registration verification e-mails can get sent to the bulk/spam folder.
There is a way to turn off the e-mail verification. I can't remember if the default Your_Account module has that option, but CNBYA does, which is a souped up Your_Account module. (Do a search in the forums for the download link to CNBYA) |

phpNuke uses the local mail() function of PHP
Talk to your host to make sure it is enabled and working correctly |

dark lord, when i go into phpmy admin, i go to the table of nuke_config and the nuke_users_ temp stuff how do i see whats in it? like how do i see the actual version number or who is in the temp users |

Go to the nuke_config table, hit Browse. Go through the rows until your find one that says version number and read the entry next to it |
