Nuke treasury Help

After installing the sql files I tested the ipn script and this is the error that I recieved can anyone help me fix it,.

Debug mode activated

PayPal Instant Payment Notification script

There should be a config file within the Treasury files - it is not connecting to the database because the details have not been placed there as per the readme.

I have checked and recheck the config file and it all looks good.. I am stumped...

What is the name of the config file you have edited?
