Illegal Module File Access in Treasury module

I have reinstalled and upgraded to v1.1 of Nuke Treasury and I am still not getting the block to update. It links ok to paypal and will take donations but still wont update. I get the this error when I click the check IPN link. "Illegal Module File Access" this is the link itself "http://www.americangeneralsclan.com/modules/Donations/ipn/ipnppd.php"

When I had version 1 installed it still wouldn't update but the ipn worked correctly in the tests and you could donate using the button it just won't keep a running totoal of who's donated in the block. I am at wits end now and don't have much hair left to pull out. Any idea's as to what the problem is??
